Squash, BLUE kabocha, price each
These came in as small blue kabocha - almost identical flavor to the red ones.
Kabocha are one of my favorite squash as they are sweet and a great shape to roast and fill with a mixture of sausage, rice, onions, raisins and curry. Sweeter than butternut, it's great in soups, salads, as a side dish or main course.
