A friendly cousin to the Hubbard Squash, Red Kuri has a smooth, dry, golden-yellow flesh with a sweet flavor similar to kabocha. The skin softens completely when cooked, meaning it does not need to be peeled. Excellent for soups, purees, pies, curries, roasting, or stuffing the seed cavity.
