Pork: Leaf Lard for baking
Leaf lard is considered the highest grade of lard, it has a very soft, super spreadable consistency at room temperature and is prized by bakers for the best crusts. With the holidays around the corner we thought this would be good to have in. Sourced through Revival Farms, this is frozen in various sizes. Here's a couple articles on how to use this. Note, this needs to be rendered before use, seems not too hard to do but does require this extra step.
