Just in! Whole leg of lamb on the bone.This is 100% grass fed lamb, sustainably raised without hormones or antibiotics. When.I make a leg of lamb, I like to marinade it for a couple days prior to roasting. I make a simple marinade of garlic and milk or plain yogurt in the blender, with rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour it over and turn it in the fridge for a day or 2, then roast. Sourced from Weatherlow Farms in Westport, MA.
