We've had some requests for flour. Sourced through Farm Fresh RI this is Maine Grains which has a variety or open pollinated, heritage grains which are excellent for baking and cooking. Whole Wheat & Heritage Red Fife in now. Heirloom Red Fife wheat boasts exceptional flavor and baking properties while remaining unaltered by modern genetic modification. It performs similarly to modern Hard Red Winter wheat.
