We found a few Flanken Ribs! Flanken ribs are beef short ribs cut thinly across the bones, creating strips with multiple small bone cross-sections, often called Korean-style or kalbi ribs

They are known for their rich flavor and are typically marinated and then grilled quickly over high heat or baked. The thin cut allows for fast cooking, making them ideal for grilling, and marinades are key to tenderizing the meat.  These are direct from the processor and our local farms.
